Problem
Your application is making a SOAP request to CICS and you receive an abend APIG and messages DFHPI0705, DFHPI0709, DFHPI0914, and DFHPI0704 for the Web service.
Symptom
DFHPI0705 PIPELINE pipeline encountered an error writing the configuration to the derived /cicsts/ts32/PIPELINE/pipeline/. The response code from the HFS write was X'00000081' and the reason code 'X'0594003D'.
DFHPI0709 PIPELINE pipeline resolution failed because the XML configuration file cannot copied to the derived shelf.
DFHPI0914 WEBSERVICE webservice is UNUSABLE because: CICS is not authorized to read the WSBind file.
