Maximo Asset Management interim fix 009 released

Technical Blog Post

As with all interim fixes, Maximo Asset Management interim fix 009 is cumulative. It contains all fixes from earlier interim fixes, with the addition of new fixes listed in this post.

Tivoli's process automation engine interim fix 009 is available at Fix Central.

Application Name

All Applications

In all applications, when using the attach image option, you receive a message that states that the file is not valid or is not in the selected directory.

In the Assets application, when you create a depreceation schedule for an asset, meter values are not displayed in the lookup tool.

In the Crews application, using the lookup, you can see inactive crews displayed.

Migration Manager

In the Migration Manager, when you are migrating a DATADICTIONARY group, after the deploy is completed, the internal index has been deleted.

Work Order Tracking

In the Work Order Tracking application, when printing .JPEG file attachments, the printout shows only part of the image.

Work Order Tracking

In the Work Order tracking application, when you open a work order and select multiple assets on a map, an error occurs.

System User Interface

When the screen is idle for five minutes, a tie out issue occurs.

System Object

When you install one or more secondary languages, some messages in the browser are incorrectly translated.

System User Interface

You can create or duplicate an application and use a name longer than 10 characters but when you reference that application in the a Results Set, you get an error.

Report Viewer

In the Report Viewer application, when you print multiple work orders that have the same attachment, an error occurs.

Service Requests

In the Service Requests application, a custom field that lists assets shows only assets that are associated with the site of the service request. You can set a new system property, mxe.filter.assets.bysite, to 0 if you want to show assets from other sites.
