Abstract

System freezes while trying to close PO with 6,000+ PO Lines

Problem:

While trying to close a PO with 6,000+ PO Lines using the Purchase Orders application, the system freezes.


Resolving the problem:

1. Go to System Properties application.

2. Bring up the mxe.db.fetchStopExclusion property.

3. In the Global Value field, enter the following:
    PO,POLINE

4. Save Property.

5. Click on Live Refresh.
