Users are not able to navigate to lookups using keyboard
Users are unable to navigate solely using the keyboard. For instance if a user has the cursor in the Asset field in the Assets application and hits tab on the keyboard, the cursor moves to the Description field. It skips the Detail Menu next to the Asset field preventing a user from accessing the detail menu information i.e. Select Value menu solely using the keyboard.
To resolve this, you have to enable the Screen Reader.
Please do the following:
1. Go to Users application
2. Bring up the user that needs the Screen Reader enabled
3. In the User Settings section check the "Use Screen Reader?" checkbox.
4. Save it, sign out and sign back in to test.
