Question marks for Yes/No flags when locale is set to RU

When a person's Locale is set to RU, the History flag and all Yes/No flags in the system are displayed as question marks in the Advanced Search screen in applications.

When locale is set to RU, there are two System Properties that must be set.

 

1. Go to System Properties application.
2. Find the "setting.YES_RU" property.
3. Set the global value as image below.
4. Find the "setting.NO_RU" property.
5. Set the global value as image below.

6. Do a Live Refresh.
