Maximo Asset Management Interim Fix 010 released


The Interim Fix (IFIX) 010 is available at Fix Central.

As with all IFIXes, MAM 7610 IFIX 010 is cumulative and includes all the following fixes provided with Maximo Asset Management Interim Fix 009, with these additions:


Application Name



Graphical Scheduling

In the Graphical Scheduling or Graphical Scheduling - Large Products application Graphical View tab, the duration of a parent work order is incorrect.


Service Requests

If Repair Facilities are enabled for an organization, in Service Requests when you click Create > Work Order, the new work order is not displayed in the Related Records tab of the record,


Security Groups

If the System Property webclient.wrapreadonlycolumns System Property is set to false, in the Security Groups application, you cannot click on the text of an application name.


All Applications

In some applications, when you try to expand a table row, you are unable to do so and the system hangs.


Asset Templates

In the Asset Template application, when you duplicate an asset template record after you setup autonumbering, a unique key value duplication error occurs.


Graphical Assignment

In the Graphical Assignment application, a data source that is in the Restrict Resource Availability section is not displayed when you select Manage Assignments.

In the Graphical Assignment application, you receive an arcGIS login dialog box from the Dispatch tab.

In the Graphical assignment application, when you make a single assignment, the Resources column is not updated with the labor name until you refresh the work list.  


Request for Quotations

In the Request for Quotations application, when you change currency an error is displayed.


Service Requests

In the Service Requests application, the Customer field is not set when a value is entered in the Reported By field.


UpdateDB Utility

When upgrading to Maximo Asset Management version and Maximo Spatial Asset Management version, the upgrade fails.


Integration Modules

When you use IBM Maximo Asset Management version 7.6.1, if you use a third-party application that is connected to the Maximo system by using RMI, an error occurs.


UpdateDB Utitlity

After upgrading from Maximo Asset Management version to 7.6.1, UpdateDB fails.

IBM Control Desk uses Tivoli's Process Automation Engine Therefore, this Interim Fix can also be applied to Control Desk
