Steps

To edit default Item form view-

  • Select  "edit item form view" from the hamburger menu

To edit default Workqueue form view-

  • Select a workqueue
  • From the form view, select the name of the Workqueue on the upper left.
  • Select 'edit work queue item form' from the hamburger menu
