Abstract
Spectrum Virtualize 8.3.0 is the final software release that supports SDDPCM and SDDDSM for multipathing.
No new fixes will be provided for SDDPCM and SDDDSM after 30th June 2020.
Content
For all supported versions of Spectrum Virtualize products (SVC, Storwize, Flashsystem V9000 and Flashsystem 9100), the recommended multipathing drivers are AIXPCM for AIX, and MSDSM for Windows.
8.3.0 and earlier also support SDDPCM and SDDDSM, but no new fixes will be provided for these multipathing drivers after 30th June 2020.
