Cognos Analytics AI doesn't bring up results

Troubleshooting


Problem

When trying to use the AI functionality to explore data the AI is not showing any results and gives an error "Sorry, please try again later". 

Symptom

One of the following errors is returned instead of expected data:
1. Sorry, please try again later. 
2. "Package name" has not been analyzed, If it's OLAP cube this data source type isn't supported at this time. If its a framework manager package, ensure that the package is enriched. 
For 2 it has been confirmed that the package is not OLAP and is already enriched.
