Troubleshooting
Problem
User logs on to the rich tier server. User launches TM1 Architect, and tries to log on to their instance.
- They do this using a 'Native' (non-IBMID) user (for example 'Admin').
An error appears.
Symptom

An error has occurred
CSIAH0302E The configuration for the basic LDAP user authentication mechanism is missing or invalid
