Problem
A connection from Cognos Analtyics using the ORACLE JDBC driver may fail due to an exception thrown by the ORACLE JDBC driver.
Symptom
The ORACLE driver throws an exception with the message: Server is sending a non-null replay context but our replayModes=[]
