Troubleshooting
Problem
Noticed a behavior of "duplicate" work orders only when providing a lead time of 58 days on the PM in addition to the 2 days entered in the Generate Work Orders dialog.
Symptom
STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
1. Go to Preventive Maintence > Create a new PM "1008" Add a Asset "CAL101"
2. Click the Frequency Tab and Set the Time Based frequency Frequency "1" Frequency Unit "Month", and set next date =today’s date +2
3. Change status to Active
4. Click on “Generate Workorder” from Select Action
5. Set Generate WOs Due Today Plus This Number of Days=2 and Use Frequency Criteria?=True
6. Click OK Issue: PM generates 2 workorders instead of 1
