Troubleshooting
Problem
After you update from GPFS Ptype to IBM Cloud Spectrum Scale, the retrieve a cluster private key operation may fail with the following error message:
Retrieve Client Key: The Client key was not found for this configuration. If this is a Mirror, Tiebreaker or Passive configuration, check that it has been added to the Primary cluster. The Client key is set when this configuration is added to Primary.
