Permission denied to create MQ Multi Instance queue manager using SMB 3.0 on Azure.

Problem

You are getting these two errors to create MI queue manager:
C:\Users\danmq>crtmqm -md z:\data -ld z:\log TEST1
AMQ6239E: Permission denied attempting to access filesystem location 'z:\data'.
AMQ7077E: You are not authorized to perform the requested operation.
