Troubleshooting
Problem
When attempting to edit routing rules in Cognos Analytics it is not possible to edit an existing data tag. The flyout panel on the right side that should allow you to add or remove new data objects to the data tag, such as packages, is blank.
Symptom
The flyout panel is blank in routing rules.
The search function is also not working in Cognos Analytics.
