Problem
Purchase Order is not being acknowledged even though the Purchase Order Acknowledgement is received. EDIFACT ORDRSP Message
ACK milestone summary reflects Acknowledge milestone status: In Progress and it's displaying the PO# source from the REF*PO segment vs BAK 03
Between the ORDER and the ORDRSP the pinpointed value of the Order# element does not match.
Diagnosing The Problem
Selection choice for the Order # value in an ORDRSP Message is:

4. RFF0102 RFF0101 VN
Resolving The Problem
If the BGM0201 of the ORDRSP does not match up with the ORDER value, review the alternate locations for an exact match. If present and available, then upload an example ORDRSP document to the BTI Document Configuration feature so a tuning effort can be made.
1. click on the gear icon and click Document configuration.
2. add a copy of the ORDRSP message from the trading partner (copy raw EDI data from BTI and paste into a text file).
3. click the sender/receiver id to see the configurable fields.
4. check the ORDER # box and click configure.
5. check the box next to REF element/subelement. This will show the actual PO# in the data value in field to the right. This confirms the data you want to use, and then click save.
6. click done to complete the configuration.
