Problem
IBM Cloud Pak System V2.3.0.1 ships with Db2 pattern type V1.2.9.0, and it bundles Db2 V11.1.4.4 images.
IBM Db2 pattern deployment, which uses Db2 pattern type V1.2.9.0 or Db2 V11.1.4.4, fails with the following error message:
DB2START processing failed; a valid product license was not found. If you have licensed this product, ensure the license key is properly registered. You can register the license using the db2licm command. The license key can be obtained from your licensed product CD.
SQL1032N No start database manager command was issued. SQLSTATE=57019.
