Troubleshooting
Problem
While installing a Microservices tier, errors are reported against the Information Server Administrator password or against the contents of the uginfo.rsp file, and the install fails.
Symptom
Errors that are similar to the following may be observed:
1. 2019-09-24 16:21:17.213 UTC -- Running Ansible Playbooks
ERROR! Syntax Error while loading YAML.
found character that cannot start any token
2. /tmp/uginfo.rsp: line 9: unexpected EOF while looking for matching `"'
/tmp/uginfo.rsp: line 45: syntax error: unexpected end of file
