Does IBM Content Navigator (ICN) Edit Service support access through an Airwatch VPN?
Cause
The ICN web client communicates with the Edit Service client through localhost.ibm.net, a global domain name server that points to 127.0.0.1. However, Airwatch VPN does not support loopback ip addresses.
Answer
Currently, the AirWatch VPN is not supported but that can change in the future. Contact IBM Support and mention this technote to receive further details on this matter.
