Troubleshooting


Problem

User launches Citrix storefront website. User types in username/password, and is presented with the Controller-on-Cloud icons.
User clicks on Controller icon (to launch Citrix application). Soon afterwards, an error appears.
  • Problem only affects one user
  • Problem affects all browser (IE, Edge, Chrome).
