Question
IBM Tivoli Netcool/Impact 7.1.0.14 throws FWK005 exception when calling GetByXPath function in policies:
FWK005 parse may not be called while parsing.

There is an old APAR (IV84106) opened for previous versions of Impact, documented here:

It is also solved in Netcool/Impact 7.1.0.16.
If you get FWK005 error message, upgrade to Netcool/Impact 7.1.0.16.
