Question

After enabling LDAP for TBSM 6.2, Time Windows Analyzer option fails to open and the following error message is displayed :
"Could not retrieve information from the marker service"

Answer

Check the following property file on TBSM DASH server:
/opt/IBM/JazzSM/profile/installedApps/JazzSMNode01Cell/isc.ear/sla.war/etc/RAD_sla.props
Make sure this property is correctly set to true:
impact.sla.sendauthcreds.enabled="true"
If the above is set to false, then, it is most likely to cause the Time Window Analyzer issue. In this situation, change from "false" to "true" and restart DASH.
