Abstract
Barcode fonts setup and configuration falls outside the scope of the general support agreement for Maximo. This is classified as customization, and therefore is unsupported.
However, due to a high demand for this type of configuration, best-effort support is provided.
Also, clients are responsible for obtaining the fonts and choosing the type of font that suits their business needs.
