Troubleshooting
Problem
When scanning in Capture to an Image Services Repository, an error 20441 - Host Processor Exception is received. Subsequently running the batch may generate a Post Scan Engine can not be found error. If barcode detection is turned off, a 20223 Bad Parameter error may occur instead.
