Problem
This technote explains how to resolve an error []Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.01SP2 must be present to install this product[] that can occur when attempting to modify a IBM® Rational® ClearCase® (CC) installation on a Windows Vista host.
Symptom
When modifying the ClearCase install feature (such as, MultiSite, ClearCase client for VS.NET), the following error is reported:
