Troubleshooting
Problem
This article describes troubleshooting issues connecting to Node(transfer server) from Console, Shares, Faspex, or Node API.
The issue comes from failed connection to the transfer server, or with the NodeD service and configuration itself.
Symptom
Console/Faspex/Shares:
Transfer not started or not logged
Timed out connecting to node
Node API timeout
Inactive / Error
Shares:
Red X on the node
Not browsable
Not pingable
Faspex:
Transfer server errors detected
Error connecting to node
