Problem
This technote explains why running the IBM® Rational® ClearCase® clearexport_ssafe utility in the working directory of a Microsoft® Visual SourceSafe 6 project results in the error []No VSS Database (SRCSAFE.INI) found. Use the SSDIR environment variable or run NETSETUP[] and provides instructions to resolve the issue.
