Problem
"No data available" error when accessing a shared dashboard.? Dashboard components do not show data when logging into the Portal as a particular user.? Opening the same dashboard as admin works fine.

Solution
A typical problem is that the group permissions are not set on the Report included in the Dashboard.? So the user does not have the permission to open the Report.? Follow the steps below to configure the Access Permissions:
- Go to:? Configure --> Report Manager.
- Select the Report included in your dashboard.
- Modify the Access Permissions to include the user group.
