Problem
You will receive error SQL1822N with message "NLS_LANG variable is not set" when accessing Oracle data source using unfenced NET8 wrapper if you don't set the environment variable NLS_LANG.
Symptom
The error message is like the following:
SQL1822N Unexpected error code "-1" received from data source "SERVER1".
