Problem
DSI064A OPENACB FAILED, ACBOFLG = X'02', ACBERROR = X'58', APPLID = AAUTCNMI, LUNAME = SSCP message while NLDM is trying to initialize
Symptom
The Session Monitor (NLDM) fails to initialize immediately after the STARTCNM NLDM command is issued.
The following messages are issued:

AAU860I AAUASOLA 3 AAUTSKLP DSIZCSMS MACRO FAIL:MAJOR CODE = 4,MINOR CODE = 32
AAU082I AAUSINTB 01 NETWORK REQUEST FAILURE DETECTED: SENSE=X'FFFF'
AAU094I AAUSINTB 01 ERROR DURING INITIALIZATION: SESSION DATA INACTIVE
DSI531I 'AAUTSKLP' : 'DST' IS TERMINATING
Resolving The Problem
Issued the 'D NET,ID=AAUTCNMI,E' command and noted another Netview instance had an active session with AAUTCNMI.
This issue was resolved by changing CNMI=Yes to CNMI=No in the other NetView CNMSTYLE.
The suggested steps to resolve this issue are:
1. ensure you have only one AAUTCNMI per VTAM;
2. with two NetViews on the same VTAM only one can run certain functions at the same time;
3. stop one NLDM to allow the other NLDM to start;
4. use RESTYLE to refresh NetView after changing the stylesheet (CNMSTYLE) without recycling NetView;
5. use CNMSTOP NLDM/CNMSTART NLDM to recycle the trio of tasks required for NLDM (they must be kept in synch)
