Troubleshooting
Problem
Installed Control Center Monitor 6.2.0 on Windows 2016 and DB2 11.5 database.
Can not access the Web Console though port 58082 shows listening.
Symptom
IBM Control Center - HTTP ERROR 503 Service Unavailable
