Troubleshooting
Problem
New custom attributes that are created in IBM Rational Team Concert, IBM Rational Quality Manager or IBM DOORS Next Generation are not visible in the reports created with IBM Jazz Reporting Services (JRS) Report Builder.
Symptom
You can see old custom attributes but not the ones recently created.
Cause
The data meta-model has not been refreshed. This needs to be completed so the Data Warehouse knows about the custom attributes.
Resolving The Problem
Refresh the meta-model.
To do so you must be an administrator with Jazz administrative privileges or a report manager.
- In the JRS Report Builder click on Data Sources on the top bar.
- Click on the "Data Warehouse (CLM)" data source to open it.
- Click the Refresh button on the top right of the screen. A message "Successfully updated the meta-model for this data source" should appear to confirm that the operation is complete.
