Troubleshooting
Problem
In some environments, the networking configuration prevents CouchDB from starting. This prevents IBM Cloud Pak™ for Data from coming up.
Symptom
The CouchDB logs contain an
eafnosupport entry similar to the following:
Failure to start Mochiweb: eafnosupport
