A new version of the Netcool/OMNIbus Java Probe Integration Library will be available to download from March 14, 2017.
Java Probe Integration Library works with the Probe Nonnative-base to provide additional functionality for the probes that use it.
The library has been updated for the following enhancements:
- Improved event handling during shutdown to give sufficient time for the event service to push events to OMNIbus to avoid event lost. All queued messages which has been parsed by the probe will be pushed to OMNIbus before shutting down unless the shutdown sequence is interrupted by an interrupt signal.
- Enhanced version info output. Running the probe with -version argument now prints the Probe SDK version along with other dependency version info if available.
