 JDBC Connection Pool received error trying to connect to data source:

ERROR [JDBCVrtualConnectionWithFailOver] JDBC Connection Pool received error trying to connect to data source: jdbc:derby:<hostname>:1527//ImpactDB. java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused

Symptom

The problem started after the reboot of the server.
