Netcool Web GUI run waapi commands from a remote server

Troubleshooting


Problem

User get below error when attempts to run the waapi tool with SSL enabled: WAAPIClient: SSL Error - com.ibm.jsse2.util.h: No trusted certificate found

Symptom

You may get this error on the screen while executing waapi command :

WAAPIClient: SSL Error - com.ibm.jsse2.util.h: No trusted certificate
found

The waapi.log may show below errors:


com.ibm.jsse2.util.h: No trusted certificate found
javax.net.ssl.SSLHandshakeException: com.ibm.jsse2.util.h: No trusted certificate found
