Need to show a "loading indicator" to Cognos portal when the user is trying to login

Troubleshooting


Problem

When loading the landing page in Cognos Analytics, while procesing the logon operation and requesting the required files, the end user may see a white page. Cognos Administrator has the option to show a spinner icon so the end user knows that the blank page is still executing.

Symptom

While trying to upload the landing page for Cognos Analytics, the end user sees a white page. As no other icons appear, the end user might think the page is not responding.
