Navigation problems with JAWS virtual cursor

Some portlet forms and tables cannot be navigatedwhen the JAWS Virtual PC cursor is turned on. You can work aroundthis problem by disabling the JAWS Virtual PC cursor.

Symptoms

If you use theJAWS screen reader to access the solution some portlets and tablescannot be navigated to and used. The problem only occurs when theJAWS Virtual PC cursor feature is enabled.
Note: The JAWS Virtual PCcursor is on by default.

Resolving the problem

Disable the JAWS VirtualPC cursor before you access the following portlets of IBM? Work Optimization for Water Utilities:
  • Usage Analysis > AccountMap
  • Usage Analysis > AccountList
  • Work Optimization > Scheduling > Work Order Map
  • Work Optimization > Scheduling > Unscheduled Work Order List
  • Work Optimization > Scheduling > Scheduled Work Order List
  • Configuration > ConfigureWork Optimization - Scheduling
