Navigating to the Change and Configuration Management application results in Application Cannot be Reached error

Troubleshooting


Problem

Attempts to navigate to the registered IBM Rational Change and Configuration Management application from the IBM Rational Jazz Team Server results in the error "The application could not be reached".

Symptom

After successfully registering the Change and Configuration Management application to the Jazz Team Server, the link to the Change and Configuration Management application does not show up in the Jazz Team Server home page.

The User Interface shows an error of:
Change and Configuration Management (CCM) (0)
The application could not be reached.



However, when viewing the 'Registered Applications page', the Change and Configuration Management application is listed as a registered application of the Jazz Team Server.

The following error is found in the server log:
