Problem
MXServer fails to start up with a timeout due to a resource shortage.
Symptom
In case there is a resource shortage on the operating system, the node agent fails to start MXServer with the following error.
ADML0040E: The process timed out waiting for server "MXServer" initialization: 1200 seconds
