Symptom
Attempts to create a new replica using multitool mkreplica results in the following error:
db_dumper.54.exe: Error: Unexpected error from database library (2) in "../db__dump.c" line 5121
db_dumper.54.exe: Error: Error from libdb (1)
multitool: Error: Could not dump database.
multitool: Error: Replica creation terminated prematurely due to error -- aborting
