Multiple users cannot run RMT tests through CQTM in hosted environments

Problem

This technote identifies a problem in IBM® Rational® ClearQuest® Test Manager (CQTM) relating to the execution of Rational Manual Tester scripts in hosted, terminal environments.

Symptom

When multiple users in hosted environments run a Manual Tester script, the first user will not experience a problem. However, additional users will experience the following error if the script of the first user is still running:
