IBM Support

Multiple users can logon to Controller even when in Single User mode, caused by database connection called 'Default'

Troubleshooting

Problem

User1 logs onto Controller, and enables 'single user mode'.
  • In theory, this should prevent new/different users from logging onto the system.

User2 tries to logon, and succeeds (even though system is in 'single-user-mode').
