Troubleshooting
Problem
I.T. administrator opens Event Viewer (EventVwr) on the Controller application sever. Inside the application log, there are periodic messages/errors recorded.
Symptom
The error messages contain entries similar to:
at CCRBatch.BatchQueue.GetNextJob()
at CCRBatch.Scheduler.FinAndStartNextJob()
