Long Description input mode is not enforced in Application Designer.

Setting Part 2 Of a MULTIPART TEXTBOXREADONLY In Application Designer Is Not Being Enforced. (CONTROL - MULTIPARTTEXTBOX)

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go To -> System Configuration -> Platform Configuration ->
Application Designer
2. Open PR
3. Add a multi-part textbox
4. Click on property of the textbox (Multipart Textbox
Properties)
5. Set Part 2 read-only in "Input mode for part 2"
6. Save
7. You will see the field you set up is not read-only.
8. Export the PR.xml and you will notice that the long
description attribute reads 'READONLY'.

Workaround:

Modify the data attribute from 'READONLY' to 'readonly' in a
text editor as follows and re-import the xml to the system

This problem has been logged as APAR # IZ34974 / Issue # 08-22991 and is corrected in Maximo Base Services update 7.1.1.4. A Hot Fix is available for this issue for Maximo Base Services update 7.1.1.3. Please contact Maximo Support at 1 (800) 426-SERV to obtain this Hot Fix or move to the latest Maximo version.
