Problem
Users see error “MSR-GEN-0001 Internal error” loading Snowflake schema from data source connection. The schema does not load for the Snowflake data source connection.
Symptom
MSR-GEN-0001 Internal error loading schema section under Cognos Analytics Portal -> Manager -> Data Source Connection -> Properties and click schema section. When running a report based on the Snowflake data source connection, it does not run the report and throws an error.
