Troubleshooting
Problem
When a user tries printing from the Contributor web grid, they receive the error message detailed below [Error Message: Print to Excel Component 'MSCOMCT2.OCX' or one of its dependencies not correctly registered: a file is missing or invalid Root Cause]: The MSCOMCT2.OCX file, which includes a number of ActiveX controls, was missing.
