Problem

MQException: MQJE001: Completion Code 2, Reason 2010 Error from WebSphere when trying to send a JMS message of 6MB

Symptom

WebSphereMQ at one end, Sterling B2B Integrator on the other, and OpenJMS in between. In Sterling B2B Integrator, for the JMS Queue adapter, the bufferSize defaults to 30000. No unit is specified in documentation as to what this 30000 represents. Assuming it means kilobytes or megabytes, then there should be no problem transferring a 6MB file, per the customer business need, but instead the customer receives an error

"MQException: MQJE001: Completion Code 2, Reason 2010"

The bufferSize has been raised and lowered to assume for all unit types what the message may try to be. Still, the same error occurs.
