Troubleshooting
Problem
Eclipse P2 supports installing plugins using dropins folder. Plugins and/or features copied into dropins folder are automatically installed. If you want to reorganize your dropins folder, and you move your plugins and/or features from one subdirectory to another one, moved plugins will stop working. This document proposes a workaround.
Symptom
Moved plugins are not loaded. The file present in product installation folder, in configuration/org.eclipse.equinox.simpleconfigurator/bundles.info contains an old location of moved plugins.
