Problem
This technote explains why the error []Mount: file exists[] occurs when an IBM® Rational® ClearCase® VOB is mounted on UNIX® or Linux® along with instructions to resolve the issue.
Symptom
Attempts to mount a VOB on UNIX or Linux results in the following error:
Error: "Mount: file exists"
